Our Barre is a mix of athletic, fundamental and functional exercise.  A full-body program that will strengthen, lengthen, tighten and tone while protecting the body with our low impact workouts.

Our Barre classes are designed with functional movement and a full-body workout in mind.

 

During our class you will effectively strengthen, tone and balance the entire body.

 

We offer different levels and modifications with our workouts that integrate the use of the ballet barre, toning balls, flex bands, stability balls and various props.Clients will focus on form and precision while performing small isometric movements as our instructors emphasize basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle actions. Each class includes several highly effective sequences of toning and resistance exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, glutes and thighs. Our focus with each routine is to develop long, lean muscle without bulk. Our classes are challenging, with no impact to the body allowing you to continue exercise on a daily basis, so you can reach your goals faster.
